POLICY & PROCEDURES
Healing Energies provides services with individual preferences, using professional products and procedures within the scope of therapist training and experience.
The facility is inviting, clean and comfortable; safely is our uttermost priority.
We reserve the right to withhold services from patrons who are rude and or behave in a disrespectful manner towards therapists or guest.
Proper draping is mandatory; Not an option. Sexual services are prohibited, not offered or ever suggested.
Coupons are accepted as an introduction to Healing Energies services and not acceptable after 3 sessions..
Late arrival to appointments will receive time left within allotted appointment time.
No show appointments are considered used time without refund or another appointment without payment.
Cancellation of appointments require 24 hour notice to reschedule.
Payment for Services, Retail items and Art is not refundable.
Services are extended to clients that are well and not experiencing cold or flu type symptoms; it’s required to reschedule if not feeling well.
Every effort is made to properly sanitize after each person.
