POLICY & PROCEDURES
Healing Energies provides services with individual preferences, using professional products and procedures within the scope of therapist training and experience.
The facility is inviting, clean and comfortable; safely is our uttermost priority.
We reserve the right to withhold services from patrons who are rude and or behave in a disrespectful manner towards therapists or guest.
Late arrival to appointments will receive time left within allotted appointment time.
No show appointments are considered used time without refund or another appointment without payment.
Cancellation of appointments require 24 hour notice to reschedule appointment.
Coupons are an introduction to Healing Energies services and are not for repeat visits. Full payment for repeat visits is expected beyond 3 visits.
Payment for Services, Retail items and Art is not refundable.
Services are extended to clients that are well and not experiencing cold or flu type symptoms; it’s required to reschedule if not feeling well.
