I have a new card line; extra care and attention is invested in making each card special; which is how we make each other feel cared for, loved and special; devoting  time, undivided attention and care.  You can let someone know they are special with one of my ‘Because you’re Special’ cards.  Available in my studio at Distinction Gallery, studio 4A.  Receptions every second Saturday of the month from 7-11pm with live music, the incredible Plot Armor Bar team & open studios, exceptional art and a festive Vibe!

Being Well

I know; it’s been a minute since I’ve posted. I will try to be more consistent.  I’ve been taking this tea concoction for over a week now because I knew the individual benefits; so I googled the benefits of consuming them together.  Inflammation or something was causing me excess phlegm and hacking every morning to relieve the buildup in my throat. So I started drinking the tea at night and in the morning, sometimes replacing it with just a wedge of lemon in hot water.  I’m happy to report, the condition has subsided.

Beliefs
My belief regarding: 
Massage

Massage is a healing energy/touch therapy; in which, stress, physical pain and emotional pain can be relieved when administered in a caring and safe environment.  

Reiki 

Reiki is another healing energy that can benefit physical, mental and emotional illnesses .  I believe, Healing in all therapies is from God and therapist are instruments God uses as tools.  Therapist do not have any special powers or magic.  

Crystals 

Crystals are beautiful creations of God; though, they do not have special healing or magical powers, I believe that God can use anything or nothing at all for His purpose in healing or providing comfort; 

God’s Healing Power

whether it’s a beautiful crystal, smoke, beautiful rainbow, spit and mud, oil,  or, simply speaking it into existence, God is the ultimate healer. None of the services offered at Healing Energies is void of Gods presence and the power of His Holy Spirit who is prayerfully invited to join us.

Let Food Be Your Medicine

Hello Readers:)
“Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food” I try to stick to this Hippocrates motto.
    In the photo is my 1st course for breakfast; fruit, herbal tea blend, vitamins and chia seed water (consumed throughout the day). I jump start my morning routinely with nourishment, which I believe keeps me healthy and from getting sick. If interested, research the benefits of letting food be your medicine and medicine be your food. I read somewhere that what is consumed either benefits or does damage to the body. Just sharing this bit of information for the uninformed. Have a good day.
