In the photo is my 1st course for breakfast; fruit, herbal tea blend, vitamins and chia seed water (consumed throughout the day). I jump start my morning routinely with nourishment, which I believe keeps me healthy and from getting sick. If interested, research the benefits of letting food be your medicine and medicine be your food. I read somewhere that what is consumed either benefits or does damage to the body.
